How a business connects its accounts

A workspace owner signs in to Applantics CRM and opens Settings → Channels.
They choose Connect Facebook & Instagram and log in with Facebook. Meta shows exactly which permissions are requested.
They pick the Pages and Instagram accounts to connect. Only those accounts are linked.
WhatsApp Business numbers are connected through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API).
Any account can be disconnected at any time. See data deletion.

Security & privacy

Two-factor authentication for every user, and role-based access for team members.
Access tokens are encrypted and stored only on our servers.
Each business’s data is kept separate from every other business.
